Product Introduction / INTRODUCTION
This product is Hengsheng Fifth Power® pure colloidal graphene & graphite water-based conductive paint, an environmentally friendly water-based material that can provide a conductive coating for the surface of non-conductive substances.
It has a stable resistivity, good adhesion and wear resistance, and fast curing speed. It is a high-quality substitute for *GRAPHIT33 semiconductive varnish graphite coating agent/semiconductive paint graphite shielding paint conductive lubricating paint.
Product Composition and Characteristics:
• Black semiconductive paint is mainly composed of resin, solvent, conductive fillers (such as carbon black, metal powder, etc.), and other additives.
• It has good conductivity, moderate surface resistivity, and can conduct electricity to a certain extent, while avoiding electrostatic hazards caused by charge accumulation.
• It has excellent coating performance, is easy to spray, brush or dip, and forms a smooth, hard and well-adherent film after drying.
• The color is black, which helps to absorb and dissipate electromagnetic waves and improve the electromagnetic shielding effect.
Performance Characteristics:
• Anti-static: Effectively dissipates surface static electricity, preventing electrostatic accumulation from causing spark discharge and device damage.
• Electromagnetic Shielding: Can effectively block and absorb electromagnetic waves, reducing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI).
• Strong Weather Resistance: The coating has good weather resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for long-term use in various environments.
• Good Insulation: While conductive, it still maintains a certain degree of insulation performance to prevent accidental short circuits.
Application Cases / APPLICATION
Used for surface conductive coatings of high-voltage cables, plastics, fiberglass boards, bakelite, treated wood, glass, and ceramic shells; repairing damaged protective layers of cathode ray tubes;
Surface semiconductive coating of high-voltage cables; preventing electrostatic generation in pipeline transportation systems; a primary method for preventing corona discharge on the exterior of large high-voltage motors and electrical appliances with thermosetting insulation;
Coating Method / Coating method
Traditional methods can be used for coating, such as brushing, spin coating, printing, spraying, etc. For example: calender coating, dipping, spraying, roll coating, and other coating methods.
High-voltage cable joint construction: Using hand-applied coating, spraying, etc., the coating thickness is 10um-100um, and gas gun fast hot air drying.
Precautions / PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
• Shake the Fifth Power® semiconductive paint well before opening the can to prevent the conductive medium components from settling and affecting the dispersion effect.
• Unused Fifth Power® semiconductive agent should be stored in a sealed container to avoid contact with air oxidation and affect normal use.
• This product is non-hazardous. Operation and storage should follow general chemical standards. Avoid direct contact and ingestion. If contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water.
Packaging and Transportation / TRANSPORT Packaging
• Standard packaging is 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg/chemical drum. For convenient transportation, various specifications of packaging can be provided according to customer requirements. During transportation, please comply with local regulations. Fifth Power® semiconductive paint is non-hazardous, but please do not mix it with food and food additives during transportation.
• Store in a cool, dry, unopened place, and can be stored for at least three months. After opening, please use it up within 1 week.
• Avoid direct sunlight and do not store in an environment above 30℃.
