Product Description:
1. Material and Process: Insulating vulcanized tape usually uses high-quality plastic materials as raw materials, adding an appropriate amount of vulcanizing agents, fillers, plasticizers, and other auxiliaries. It is made through a series of processes such as mixing, extrusion, and vulcanization, and has good insulation and mechanical properties.
2. Performance Characteristics:
• Excellent insulation performance: High surface resistivity, effectively isolating current, preventing leakage, ensuring personnel safety and normal equipment operation.
• Good temperature resistance: It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, and can maintain a stable working state within a wider temperature range.
• Aging resistance: After vulcanization treatment, its weather resistance and chemical corrosion resistance are enhanced, and its service life is long.
• Good mechanical properties: such as high tensile strength, good elasticity, easy to wrap and install, and not easy to deform or break under long-term stress. For high-voltage cable insulation damage repair, wrap it first and then heat shrink it for high insulation strength. The heat shrinkable film uses polyolefin as the main raw material, and is irradiated and stretched to give the product a heat shrink function. When used, it can be heated to melt with the object to be covered, and has insulation, sealing, waterproof, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance.
