Hengsheng Anti-static Products Factory specializes in the production and processing of anti-static straps and conductive straps in various specifications, thicknesses, and materials. Currently, they are mainly used for electrostatic discharge on shoe straps of cleanroom and dust-free room non-woven shoe covers (ESD dedicated grounding shoe straps/Hengsheng). The bottom of the non-woven shoe covers is equipped with Hengsheng conductive strips. When using, insert the conductive strips into the user's socks. The conductive material conductive strips contact the skin, and the user's body static electricity is grounded. Specifications can be customized according to customer requirements. ESD grounding shoe straps and anti-static shoes only work when worn correctly and connected to the conductive floor through the conductive shoe straps. If you use anti-static shoes correctly and connect them tightly to the ESD floor through Hengsheng conductive shoe straps, the charge on your body can be effectively discharged to the ground. In electronic assembly workshops, electrostatic shoes without ESD grounding shoe straps cannot pass the grounding shoe strap detector.

• Material Composition: Based on high-molecular-weight polyethylene resin, carbon black or other types of conductive fillers are added to maintain the original mechanical properties of PE while having excellent conductivity and anti-static ability.
